I walked into San Leandro Bancroft Florist and from that moment on, I knew I was in the right place for the customized, personal, creative and fabulous flower arrangements I had been looking for. Never again will I call some 1-800 number for flower delivery!!! I will either call, text, FB or walk into Sonia's shop. Flowers are personal and Sonia gets IT.

My mom said the flowers were beautiful colors and that the arrangement was very full. Delivery was quick and on time. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the service charge added on top of the delivery charge. I understand the delivery charge but why a service charge too?

I've used San Leandro Florist for our wedding and the flowers were beautiful. Even in the middle of January, when a lot of colors are extremely limited, they found the most beautiful blue, purple and jewel toned stems. Three years later, for my Mom's memorial service, SL Florist created the most beautiful "frames" made completely of flowers for two 16"x20" pictures. They were absolutely beautiful. Everyone at the service commented on how lovely the flowers were. Thank you so much!

We found Lynn's Floral Designs when our oldest daughter was married in 1985. Ever since then this has been the first place we think of for any floral needs. On Monday Ordered the Canyon Sunset Arrangement as a thank you gift. Was told that it might not be delivered till Tuesday, if I wanted the same flowers, but I told them that I wanted it delivered on Monday and to use Fall Colors and to make it. It was delivered on Monday (I did not see it) but the recipients said it was gorgeous. So I am very happy and will use them in the future.

Well, your delivery was super fast. I left Oakland Airport for home at 7:30 pm, ordered the flowers from the Portland area that night and they were delivered before my host got to work in San Leandro the next morning. Excellent. She said the flowers were lovely, but I didn't see them so can't comment on that. My one complaint is that you post a price which seems reasonable, but during the check out you show both a service AND a delivery charge, and all of a sudden the flowers are no longer at all reasonable. I decided to go ahead anyway because I was too tired to search florists on the net anymore, but I was NOT happy. I guess I understand a delivery charge. I mean it is possible that someone would shop for you on the net and then stop in and pick up the flowers, but a service charge too? I go to the Farmers' Market here every weekend and buy as beautiful, and beautifully arranged, bouquet as shown in your pictures, and pay $7. The difference between the $7 and the $65 is your service charge, and I am willing to pay it. But a service charge on top of that is just a way to lie about your prices.
